This double-breasted coat from the Swiss army dates back to the post-World War II era. Made from very dense wool, similar to alpine loden. Often sold at Western auctions as 'second world war', but this is a later piece, likely from 1965 as indicated by the stamp. Features include half lining, epaulettes, rolled cuffs (which can be lengthened or shortened), a high vent with two buttons, a buttoned collar, and a storm flap.
