Vintage masterpiece blouse by Frank Usher. This piece dates back to the 1970s. The label with size and composition is cut, but I can confidently say that the top is silk. The lining is also made of natural fabric or a blend. All beads and sequins are intact. The blouse has an elongated cut and is in excellent condition.
